Orders are usually processed within 2–3 business days after payment has been received, unless stated otherwise on the product page.
Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

Estimated delivery times are as follows:

We will investigate the issue with the carrier and provide an appropriate solution where applicable.
9. INTERNATIONAL SHIPMENTS & CUSTOMS
